The time clock app built for restaurant shifts. Clock in by face, PIN or phone.
A tablet at the door, the staff app in every pocket and the hours straight into timecards and payroll. On site only, honest to the minute, and it keeps working when the Wi-Fi doesn’t.

set of hours, rota to payslip
Look at the camera. You’re clocked in.
No cards, no codes to share. The kiosk recognises each person’s face and makes the punch, in and out, in a few seconds.
- 1
Registered once
A manager registers each person’s face on the kiosk once, from a few angles. Feazio keeps it as a face signature of 128 numbers, not as a photo.
- 2
Tap Clock in or Clock out
At the door, the person taps Clock in or Clock out and stands in the oval on the screen.
- 3
Scanned and matched
Only straight-on frames count. The face must match that person closely, clearly better than anyone else, several frames in a row. Otherwise the kiosk says “not recognised”; it never guesses.
- 4
Punched, with a photo
The punch is made with the exact time and a small photo, kept privately for 90 days, so a manager can see who really clocked in.
- Matched on the tablet itself
- Uses the tablet’s own camera, no special hardware
- Keeps working offline with the faces it has saved
- Prefer PINs? Switch the kiosk to PIN mode in a click

The staff app, on site only
Staff clock in and out from their own phone in the Feazio staff app. With the on-site check on, the punch is accepted only within your outlet’s radius.

- Exceptions for people who work away
- Shifts, swaps, time off and payslips in the same app

Manager clock-in
Fix it at the door, not on Monday
A manager opens the kiosk’s own menu with their personal PIN to clock someone in or out at the right time, see today’s records and look up a colleague, without leaving the door.
- Manager’s own PIN, never a shared one
- Times entered by hand are marked
- Short sessions that lock themselves

Feazio checks it
The right person (face or own PIN and a photo), the right place (the outlet’s radius) and the right shift (the published rota). Late? Managers hear about it.
- 03
Hours are ready to pay
Punches become timecards with breaks, overtime and lateness worked out. Approve the week, lock it, and payroll pays from exactly those hours.
Built for real shifts: split days, breaks, late nights and no Wi-Fi
Works offline
No connection? The kiosk keeps taking punches with their real time and sends them once the line is back. Each one counts once, never twice.
Stops buddy punching
Face or each person’s own PIN, a photo on every punch and a limit on wrong PINs per device. PINs are never stored on the tablet.
“That’s not me”
Clocked in as the wrong person? Undo it on the spot within 90 seconds, and the day goes back to how it was.
Breaks done right
Start and end breaks at the kiosk. Paid or unpaid, your choice; a break never ended is closed for you and flagged.
Late and no-show alerts
Managers are told when someone is late for a published shift, and the alert is withdrawn the moment they clock in.
On-site check
Self clock-in only within your outlet’s radius. The kiosk and managers are never blocked.
Timecards & approvals
Adjust a day and the clocked times are kept; approve the week and it locks, so nothing changes after payroll.
Rota-aware pay
Paid time, overtime and lateness follow the published rota and your pay rules, exactly as the payslip pays them.
Attendance feed & exports
Every stretch by person and day, with hand-entered times marked, as CSV or PDF.
Papers that lock
Optionally stop someone clocking in once their visa or work permit has expired.
Kiosk news & mood
Show an announcement on the door tablet and ask “how was your shift?” as an anonymous count.
Every outlet, every language
Each outlet’s kiosk punches into that outlet; staff use it in their own language.
The hours on the payslip are the hours they clocked
No spreadsheets in between. Timecards feed the labour report, the rota’s cost and the payslip with the same paid minutes, so the numbers never disagree.
- Labour cost next to sales, live
- Overtime, premiums and leave on the payslip
- Payroll export files for your payroll software
- Payslips in the staff app

Answers before you ask
What is the Feazio time clock app?
It is how your staff clock in and out in Feazio: a kiosk on any tablet (face or PIN), the staff app on their phone with an on-site check, and the manager’s menu on the kiosk. Every punch flows into timecards, the labour report and payroll.
Does the time clock work if the internet goes down?
Yes. The kiosk keeps taking punches offline with their real time and syncs them when the connection is back, each exactly once. PINs typed offline are sealed so the tablet never learns them.
How does it stop buddy punching and time theft?
Each person clocks in by face or with their own PIN, a photo is taken with each punch, wrong PINs are limited per device, and phone punches are accepted only on site. Managers see every hand-entered time marked.
Can we track breaks for working-time rules in India?
Yes. Breaks are clocked at the kiosk, paid or unpaid as you choose, and the rota warns you when a week breaks the working-time rules set for India.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any modern tablet works as the kiosk, and staff use their own phones. Register the tablet once and it punches into its outlet.
What if someone forgets to clock out?
A manager can clock them out at the right time from the kiosk menu or the timecard, the change is marked, and the clocked times are kept so you can always go back.
How do clocked hours reach payroll?
Approved timecards lock the hours. The payslip, the labour report and the payroll export all read those same paid minutes, with overtime and breaks applied by your pay rules.
