Answers before you ask
Is there really no card needed for the trial?
Yes. Use everything in your package for 14 days. Add a payment method only when you decide to stay.
Can I change package later?
Any time. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down applies from your next billing period.
Is hardware included?
Feazio runs on the devices you have. We can recommend tablets, printers and cash drawers that work out of the box.
Do you charge per order or a commission?
No. Your price is fixed per package, however many orders you take, including on your own website.
What counts as a staff login?
Anyone with their own sign-in, from the owner to a cashier using a PIN. Starter has up to 10, Standard up to 40 and Multi-outlet has no limit.
Are the add-ons in the free trial?
Yes. A trial has every module switched on, add-ons included. When you choose a package, tell us which add-ons you want to keep.
What is the setup fee on Multi-outlet?
A one-time fee for setting your group up with you: your outlets, head office, menus and books. Starter and Standard have no setup fee.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added to your invoice at the rate in the UK.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Paying yearly costs the same as about 10 months, and paying quarterly saves too. The switch above the packages shows the exact figure in GBP.
Does Feazio work without the internet?
Yes, in every package. If the connection drops, the till keeps taking orders, printing KOTs and taking payment, and the kiosk keeps clocking staff in. When the line is back, everything syncs on its own and nothing is sent twice.
Do you share my data or my guests’ data with the government?
No. We never sell your data, never use it for our own marketing and never hand it to government bodies or anyone else of our own accord. The only exception is a binding legal order, which no company can refuse, and we tell you about it wherever the law allows.
Does Feazio work if the internet goes down?
Yes. The till keeps taking orders, printing kitchen tickets and settling bills offline. Everything syncs the moment the connection is back, and nothing is sent twice.
Which devices do I need?
Any modern browser: a Windows or Mac PC, an Android or iPad tablet, or a phone. Install it as an app in one tap. Receipt and kitchen printers on USB, network or Bluetooth are found automatically.
