How your data is kept
Your own database
Every restaurant has its own separate database, never mixed with another’s.
Never sold, never handed over
We never sell your data or your guests’, and never pass it to government bodies or anyone else of our own accord. Only a binding legal order could require it, and we tell you wherever the law allows.
Works offline
If the internet drops, the till keeps taking orders, printing KOTs and taking payment, and the kiosk keeps clocking staff in. It all syncs when the line is back.
Encrypted in transit
Everything between your devices and Feazio travels over encrypted connections.
Passwords never readable
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Staff PINs are hashed too; the floor PINs a manager may reveal are kept encrypted.
Private files
Passports, visas, contracts and punch photos sit in private storage, opened only by people allowed to manage staff.
Offline, still sealed
A PIN typed on a kiosk with no connection is sealed with your restaurant’s key; the tablet itself never learns it.
Devices you control
Tills and kiosks are registered to an outlet. Lose one and remove it in a click; its key stops working at once.
Who can see what
Roles and permissions
Built-in roles plus your own, each with exact permissions, so everyone sees only what their job needs.
The owner is protected
The owner’s account is always an admin, can’t be switched off, and only the owner changes its password and PIN.
Wrong PINs are limited
Wrong PIN attempts are counted per device and per restaurant, and a kiosk’s manager menu locks after too many.
Every change has a trail
Vouchers balance and never vanish, timecards keep the clocked times, contracts keep a fingerprint and a signing trail, and every PIN shown is logged.
